You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • It must have the receipt of proof of purchase.
    If you receive the wrong item or a defective item, please contact us for a replacement item or a full refund.
  • Please send a copy of the receipt of proof of purchase along with this request.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your return.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. We will process the refund within 5 business day of the refund approval. Your receipt of the refund will depend on your financial institutions's policies.


You will be responsible for all related shipping cost for returning the item. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund if paid by Tucker International, LLC. In the case of a wrong or defective item, Tucker International, LLC will pay for all related shipping costs.
