Play Matters Awards

The National Association of Toy & Leisure Libraries (NATLL) was founded in 1972 and is the national body for toy and leisure libraries in the UK. We have used the campaign title Play Matters since 1983. Toy libraries lend good quality carefully chosen toys to families with young children including those with special needs. Also offer a befriending, supportive service to parents and carers. Leisure libraries extend this concept to adults with special needs. Their mission is to create and support high quality play opportunities, with their members, throughout the UK. http://www.childrenengland.org.uk/members-play-matters/
